With any new construction or remodelling job, we perform complete ACCA heating and cooling calculations. These include load, air flow and duct size calculations. Different parts of your house will be used more or less than others, and these may require different types of air conditioning. For example, an area used primarily for entertainment would be one "cooling zone", areas used mainly for sleeping could be another, and so on. We then approach these with separate systems, or separate duct systems. This gives you exceptional comfort control, allowing the home to be controlled as you actually use it.
